Warm Market Outreach Script
Business Concierge Calling Prior Contacts to Set a Brief Appointment
Capital Access + Bulletproof Asset Protection (For Established
Businesses)
Version 1.0 | Prepared: January 07, 2026
Purpose: Provide a
high-conversion, relationship-first warm market call script for Business
Concierges contacting prior coworkers, colleagues, association members,
church/community contacts, and professional acquaintances. The objective is to
set a brief appointment, not to “pitch” on the first call.
Compliance Standard: Do not
guarantee approvals, credit limits, funding amounts, timelines, or legal
outcomes. Describe services as education and guided implementation. Bulletproof
Asset Protection is a structured program; it is not a substitute for individualized
legal advice. Clients may be referred to qualified counsel where appropriate.
1. Pre-Call
Setup (60 Seconds)
·
Confirm the relationship context (where you know
them from).
·
Know the goal: schedule a 12–15 minute Business
Credit Readiness / Protection Fit Check.
·
Have two appointment slots ready (e.g., today at
4:30 PM or tomorrow at 10:00 AM).
·
Prepare a brief personal update, then quickly
pivot to “How can we help you?” discovery.
·
Open the CRM record and be ready to log:
business age, main need, and appointment outcome.
Warm
Opener (Relationship Reconnect + Permission)
CONCIERGE: “Hi [NAME], it’s
[YOUR NAME]. How have you been? It’s been a while since [FORMER JOB /
ORGANIZATION / EVENT].”
PAUSE. Let them respond. Keep it
warm, brief, and genuine.
CONCIERGE: “I’m calling for two
reasons — first, to reconnect — and second, I’m working on something that’s
helping business owners with a very real need right now: access to capital and
business protection. Do you have 30 seconds for me to share, and you can tell
me if it’s relevant for you or someone you care about?”
3. The
“What I’m Doing Now” (30–45 Seconds)
CONCIERGE: “I’m a Business
Concierge with Get Biz Credit and our Bulletproof Asset Protection program. In
simple terms, we help business owners get positioned to access business credit
and capital — and for established businesses, we also help them get more
protected and structured properly so what they’re building is not exposed.”
CONCIERGE: “It’s a white-glove
approach. We start with a simple question: ‘How can we help you?’ We take time
to understand your specific needs — not generic assumptions — and then we map
the most practical next steps.”
4. Quick
Qualification (Two to Three Questions Max)
CONCIERGE: “Quick question — do
you currently own or help run a business?”
If YES:
CONCIERGE: “About how long has
the business been operating — under five years or five years and older?”
CONCIERGE: “If you could
strengthen one thing this quarter, would it be (A) getting access to capital,
(B) building business credit, (C) protecting assets and reducing exposure, or
(D) all of the above?”
5. Pathing
Statements (Match Their Answer)
If they select capital /
business credit:
CONCIERGE: “Understood. For
capital access, we focus on fundability — making sure the business profile,
documentation, and business credit file are positioned the right way. Results
depend on qualifications, but the goal is to help you pursue larger limits over
the next few months with a clear plan.”
If they select protection / 5+
years:
CONCIERGE: “That’s exactly where
Bulletproof Asset Protection comes in. Once a business is established and
generating real value, protection becomes critical — so growth doesn’t create
unnecessary risk. We help owners tighten structure, formalities, and asset
separation so the business is better defended.”
If they select both:
CONCIERGE: “Perfect. Capital
without protection can create exposure, and protection without growth planning
can stall momentum. We help owners align both.”
6. The
Appointment Close (Primary Objective)
CONCIERGE: “The best next step
is a short 12–15 minute check-in. We’ll identify what you already have in
place, what’s missing, and what path fits you best — capital readiness,
business credit build-out, Bulletproof protection, or a combined strategy. There’s
no obligation — it’s a clarity call.”
CONCIERGE: “I have [TIME OPTION
1] or [TIME OPTION 2]. Which works better for you?”
7. If They
Are Not a Business Owner (Referral Bridge)
CONCIERGE: “No problem. Who do
you know that owns a business and could use either capital access or better
protection — maybe someone who’s been in business for a few years and is
carrying a lot of risk?”
CONCIERGE: “If you’re
comfortable, you can either introduce us by text/email, or I can send you a
short message you can forward.”
8.
Objection Handling (Warm Market Specific)
8.1 “I’m
busy right now.”
CONCIERGE: “I understand. This
will be brief — 12 minutes. Would later today work, or tomorrow morning?”
8.2 “Just
send me information.”
CONCIERGE: “Happy to. The reason
I prefer a quick call first is so I send the right information —
capital-focused or protection-focused — based on your situation. What’s the
best email, and can we pencil 12 minutes so it’s actually tailored?”
8.3 “Is
this a loan?”
CONCIERGE: “Great question.
We’re not a bank. We provide education and guided implementation to help
businesses qualify for business credit and related capital options over time,
depending on the business profile and lender criteria.”
8.4 “Can
you guarantee $100k?”
CONCIERGE: “No — and I would
never want to mislead you. Amounts, approvals, and timelines depend on your
qualifications and lender decisions. What we do is help you build a fundable
profile and follow a proven roadmap so you can pursue higher limits responsibly.”
8.5 “I
already have credit / a bank.”
CONCIERGE: “That’s good. Many
owners still have gaps that limit larger limits or expose them legally. The
clarity call can confirm whether you’re already optimized — and if you are,
we’ll tell you that.”
9.
Voicemail Script (15–20 Seconds)
“Hi [NAME], it’s [YOUR NAME].
I’m reaching out because I’m working with business owners on two things: access
to business credit/capital and, for established businesses, Bulletproof Asset
Protection. If you’d like a quick 12-minute clarity call, call or text me at
[NUMBER]. Again, [NUMBER].”
10. Text
Message Follow-Up (After Voicemail or Missed Call)
“Hi [NAME] — it’s [YOUR NAME].
Quick reconnect from [FORMER JOB/ORG]. I’m helping business owners with capital
readiness/business credit and, for 5+ year businesses, Bulletproof Asset
Protection. If you want a quick 12–15 min clarity call, I have [TIME 1] or
[TIME 2].”
11.
Appointment Confirmation Message (Send After Booking)
“Confirmed for [DATE/TIME].
We’ll cover: (1) your business age and goals, (2) what’s currently in place,
(3) the best path for capital readiness/business credit and/or Bulletproof
protection. If possible, have your business legal name, EIN status, and your
top priority for the next 90 days.”
12.
White-Glove Business Concierge Standard (Manager Coaching Notes)
·
Lead with relationship and permission; do not
“hard pitch” a warm contact.
·
Anchor the call in service: “How can we help
you?” then tailor the conversation.
·
Keep discovery tight: 2–3 questions, then close
for the appointment.
·
Use compliant language: possibility, not
promises.
·
Document the relationship source, needs, and
next step in the CRM immediately.
