Step 1. Log into the CRM
Step 2. Locate the #Marketing
Automation Tab in the Left Menu
1. Navigate to Settings → Permissions.
2. Click Add.
3. Select the employee(s) needing access.
4. Assign permissions for all Marketing Automation (MA)
screens.
5. Click Submit to save.
1. Navigate to Settings → Category.
2. Click Add.
3. Create categories for:
- Campaign
- Stage
- Point Action
- Asset
- Email
- Email Template
- SMS (if used)
- Segment
4. Assign colors and clear descriptions.
5. Save each category.
1. Go to Marketing Automation → Email Configuration.
2. Choose one:
- System Default
SMTP, OR
- Other SMTP (enter
host, port, username, password).
3. Save settings.
This enables the system to send campaign emails.
1. Go to Components → Assets.
2. Click Add.
3. Upload images, PDFs, audio, video, or documents.
4. Choose category (Asset), assign color, and set Published
= Yes.
5. Save.
1. Go to Points.
2. Click Add.
3. Name the action (Ex: Opened Email).
4. Choose Category (Point Action).
5. Set Change Points (+ or -).
6. Add country-specific rules if needed.
7. Save.
1. Navigate to Stages.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter name (Ex: New Lead → Engaged → Warm).
4. Assign Weight (higher number = further in funnel).
5. Choose Category (Stage).
6. Add description.
7. Save.
1. Navigate to Settings → Email Templates.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter required information.
4. Save.
5. Add Country.
6. Click Design to drag & drop template blocks.
7. Save and optionally Clone Design for other languages.
1. Navigate to Channel → Emails.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter Subject, Internal Name, Description, Language.
4. Select Category and Email Template.
5. Set Published = Yes.
6. Add Country.
7. Click Design → Drag blocks → Save.
8. Clone design for other languages if needed.
1. Navigate to Components → Forms.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter:
- Source (Google,
Facebook, etc.)
- Status
- Responsible Staff
- Language
- Submit Button

- Success Message
4. Choose notification settings.
5. Save.
6. Use Form Builder to design fields.
7. Save and use Integration Code to embed on website.
1. Navigate to Segments.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter Name and Category.
4. Set Published = Yes.
5. Go to Filters tab and create rules (Ex: Email contains
“@gmail.com”).
6. Save.
System filters Leads into this Segment automatically.
Choose one method:

**Method 1: Segment-based**
1. Create a Segment (above).
2. Leads matching filter conditions populate automatically.

**Method 2: Form-based**
1. Create a Form (above).
2. Leads submit → system stores them as Leads.
3. Campaign will pull all Leads from selected form.

**Method 3: Customer Groups**
1. Create Customer Group.
2. Select group when creating campaign.
1. Navigate to Campaigns.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter:
- Campaign Name
- Category
(Campaign)
- Color
- Start Date (must
be today or earlier)
- End Date (must be
later than today)
- Description
4. Set Published = Yes.
5. Save.
1. After saving, the system opens General Details.
2. Click Builder.
3. Drag “Flow Start” to canvas.
4. Choose Segment OR Form OR Customer Group.
5. Drag actions such as:
- Email
- Condition
- Stage Change
- Point Action
- Segment Change
6. Connect nodes by dragging lines.
7. Save Workflow.
1. Ensure server Cron Jobs are configured.
2. Run Cron manually or wait for automation.
3. System checks:
- Campaign is
published
- Start date ≤
Today
- End date ≥ Today
- Valid leads exist
4. Campaign executes nodes for all qualified contacts.
1. Go to Campaigns → View.
2. Review:
- Workflow
- Action history
- Email stats
(sent, opened, clicked)
- SMS stats
- Point Action
charts
- Leads tab
- Customer tab
3. Make workflow improvements if necessary.
