In order to merge all multi-page PDFs into one continuous file before sending it for signatures.

Open Adobe Acrobat Pro.

From the home screen, select Combine files.

On Windows, you may also see Menu → Combine files.

On Mac, use File → Combine files.

Click Add Files and select all PDFs at once.

Put them in the correct order by dragging the document thumbnails left or right. Each PDF will remain intact with all of its pages in sequence.
- Select "Options" and uncheck "Save as a PDF Portfolio" then OK

Click Combine as. then Create a single PDF from multiple files

Review the combined PDF. Use All tools → Organize pages to drag pages, remove blanks, rotate pages, or correct the order if needed.

Save it with a clear name, such as:
Reimagine_iT_Board_Signature_Packet.pdf
Then send it for signatures:

Open the newly combined PDF.

Select E-Sign → Request e-signatures.

Add the recipients in the signing order you want.

Select Specify where to sign.

Drag each person’s Signature and Date Signed fields onto the appropriate signature lines. Assign each field to the correct signer.

Send the agreement.
