1. Scope and Definitions
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Lenox International Holdings Group, LLC (“LIHG,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://lenoxholdingsintl.com/, LIHG-controlled websites and digital properties, customer inquiries, transactions, events, applications, and the LIHG SMS Marketing Program. A separately identified operating brand may provide an additional policy for a brand-specific Service.
Unified Help Desk (https://unifiedhelpdesk.com/) is one such separately identified operating brand, operated by Innovative Global Entities, LLC, a subsidiary of LIHG. This Privacy Policy, including the LIHG SMS Marketing Program terms described herein, applies to Unified Help Desk's collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information and Mobile Information.

6. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, exchanged, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
LIHG may use telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, hosting providers, and technical service providers solely as necessary to transmit messages, maintain consent records, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and operate the SMS Marketing Program. These providers are authorized to process Mobile Information only to perform services for LIHG and not for their own advertising, marketing, lead generation, or promotional use.
Consent given to LIHG is not transferable to another business or affiliate. A separate sender must obtain separate consent before sending its own marketing messages.
7. Other Disclosures of Information
Subject to the Mobile Information restrictions in Section 6, we may disclose other Personal Information in the following circumstances:
7.1 Service Providers
We may engage vendors to provide hosting, security, analytics, payment processing, customer relationship management, accounting, communications, fulfillment, scheduling, and technical support. These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform contracted services.
7.2 LIHG Operating Brands
We may disclose non-SMS Personal Information among LIHG operating brands when necessary to fulfill a request, administer a customer relationship, provide an integrated Service, prevent fraud, or comply with internal governance. This provision does not authorize the sharing of Mobile Information or SMS consent for another brand’s marketing or promotional use.
7.3 Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, a court order, subpoena, regulatory request, or other valid legal process; enforce agreements; investigate fraud or security incidents; or protect the rights, safety, and property of LIHG, our users, or others.
7.4 Business Transactions
Non-SMS Personal Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction. Mobile Information and SMS consent will remain subject to the restrictions in this Policy unless a user provides new consent or disclosure is required by law.
7.5 At Your Direction
We may disclose information when you expressly request or direct us to do so, except that SMS consent will not be treated as authorization for another sender’s marketing.
9. Data Security
LIHG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. 12. Children’s Privacy
Our websites, Services, and SMS Marketing Program are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. Individuals under 18 should use our Services or enroll in messaging only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
